THIS IS KIDS' STUFF is a magazine for parents and children of pre-school and primary school age. THIS IS KIDS' STUFF is run by a local family living in Herefordshire .
First published in 1999 THIS IS KIDS' STUFF is an established publication and is well received as the main point of reference for parents and carers. It is full of local, educational and cultural topics and has a comprehensive local events listing, informing families of things to do with their children throughout the year.
THIS IS KIDS' STUFF is free to readers and is distributed through schools, libraries, Tourist Information Centres, leisure centres, relevant family centres and many more carefully selected points of interest throughout Herefordshire and the surrounding area, including Ludlow, Abergavenny, Hay-on-Wye, Malvern and Monmouth.
THIS IS KIDS' STUFF helps to promote local businesses whilst providing entertainment for our readers. Our aim is to raise the profile of the magazine, so we have developed it in the following ways:
- an increase from 16 to 24 pages to include activities for children such as arts and crafts, cooking, gardening and games
- it is now printed in full colour, appealing more to our "young" readers
- an increase to 10,000 copies in order to reach more families (approx. 18,000 readers)
- a new website with updates including the latest events and a directory for local businesses
